Delete Your Fish Koravi Account

You can permanently delete your Fish Koravi account and the personal data associated with it. Sign in below to delete it yourself in a few seconds — or email us if you can no longer sign in. This page is public so you can read it before deciding.

What gets deleted

When you confirm deletion, the following is removed from Fish Koravi's systems immediately:

Your Fish Koravi sign-in record (your Fish Koravi account itself)
Your profile details held by Fish Koravi — display name, email address and profile photo URL
Your personal catch log entries and every catch photo you uploaded
Your saved fishing spots
Your feature-usage counters (the numbers behind free-plan limits)
Your notification preferences and any stored push endpoints
The link between your account and your Stripe customer record

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Fish Koravi cannot restore a deleted catch log, so export or screenshot anything you want to keep first.

What may be retained, and why

A small amount of information is kept where we are legally or operationally required to keep it. It is no longer linked to your identity:

Community feed posts and comments you shared publicly

Anonymised — shown as “Angler” with your device link removed, so other anglers' conversations stay intact. They are no longer connected to you or your account.

Kept anonymised

Purchase, subscription and refund records

Retained but unlinked from your account identifier, because tax, accounting and financial record-keeping law requires us to keep proof of transactions.

Up to 7 years

Operational server logs and encrypted backups

Purged on their normal rotation cycle. Kept briefly for security, fraud prevention and disaster recovery.

Up to 90 days

What we do not touch

Your Google Account is never deleted. Deleting your Fish Koravi account only removes your Fish Koravi account and data — your Google Account stays exactly as it is.
Google Play and Stripe keep their own transaction records under their own policies. If you have an active subscription, cancel it in Google Play or Stripe — deleting your Fish Koravi account does not cancel store billing.

Can't sign in? Request deletion by email

If you have lost access to your account, uninstalled the app, or cannot complete sign-in, email us and we will delete the account for you.

Email fishkoravi@gmail.com from the email address linked to your Fish Koravi account, if possible.
Use the subject line “Delete my Fish Koravi account”.
Include the email address you signed in with, and mention whether you used Google sign-in or email and password.
We verify ownership, delete the account and its data, and reply to confirm — normally within 7 days and always within 30 days.
